The security officer assigned to you will be selected for his/her ability to perform the unique security service that you require. All officers have a minimum training in The Power of Arrest as required by the State of California and the assignment of officers is determined with the appropriate training in mind.
 
Our staff of officers adheres strictly to our company Rules and Regulations while performing their duties in a courteous, professional manner at all times. All security officers will be in uniforms appropriate for assignment.
 
Our chain of command is short. Shift patrol officers who report directly to our Chief of Operations supervise the officers.
 
We believe that effective communication, both verbal and written, is essential. A unique detailed Standard Operating Procedure is prepared for each client location. Permanent security orders are given to each officer which detail who, what, when, where, how and why of the assignment. Changes and special daily orders are communicated to the security officer in writing as well as verbally. Two-way radio communications are a matter of officer safety and provide an efficient way to keep in touch with all officers in the field. Pagers are also used to summon on-call personnel for special assignments.
 
To keep you informed, a shift report or a customized report will be prepared on each shift. These reports may include the signing in and out of people, record of deliveries, monitor readings or record of rounds and evaluations. At your request, we can also computer image reports to send via fax or modem, as well as archive on disk for future retrieval.
 
We will supply signs that contain our company name and after hours telephone number. These signs are a deterrent as well as providing helpful information. A responsible administrator will always be available.
