Viable Alternatives Corporation was originally established in 1974 by William W. and Delores A. Lovett and incorporated in 1978. Delores remains active in the day-to-day operations of the business and continues to guide company in meeting the needs for today's security services.

Our territory spans the Bay Area from Oakland to San Jose in the East Bay, and from San Francisco to San Jose on the Peninsula. We have private investigators on staff in addition to the armed or unarmed, fully uniformed or plain-clothes personnel. In our years of experience, we have provided services for property management companies, construction companies, airports, office buildings, museums, traffic control, and employee staff reductions.
